Happy Birthday Landon!

So Landon Parker is finally 2. I can't believe it. We had a Thomas the Train party and Landon slept through the majority of it. But he had fun with his friends once he woke up! The moonbounce was a huge hit with the kids, and adults. It was nice to have my family there they were a huge help. We missed Daddy, but we have lots of great pictures to send him. 1 month, and 8 days to go.

He's so big now. :(

So these pics. are kind of random, but in the pictures where he has cream cheese all over his mouth, I think he looks like a 4 year old. So I had to put them up here so everyone could see. And the other pics. are Landon and our friend Kenny playing with their new snake. I was terrified the snake was going to bite Lan, but Landon loved it.

Karate!

Landon has started taking Tae Kwon Do classes, and he has a blast! He's in the Tiny Tigers group, and we just got his uniform last night. The pic. where he's laying on the floor, he was doing roundhouse kicks. He practices jumping and ducking, punching and kicking, and high blocks and low blocks. I can't wait for Brendan to come to a practice. There are only 2 other little boys in the class, and they are both 2 and a half, Landon is the youngest... but he can hang with the older boys!

Messin' Around with Mom

Today was a busy day. We went with our friends Ashley and Colby to pick up Colby's daddy who just got home from Iraq. It was a lot of fun, and it was cool to see them reunite. It definitely makes you appreciate your family. I don't have any pictures from today, go figure. I was so worried about taking pictures on Ashley's camera for them I forgot to use mine. Oh well. These are some pictures that Landy and I have taken in the last few days while we were just hangin' around the house. His hair is getting longer, and now I can spike it in a mohawk even in the back when he's in the bath. The picture with the hat is a sneak preview of Landon's Halloween costume. He's going to be a Marine Drill Instructor... it's the cutest outfit I've ever seen. And then there's one of me and Landy just messin' around with some stickers. He decorated our faces.

Helicopters, Trucks, and Motorcycles!

Landy is fascinated by these gifts he got in the mail today. The address said Delaware, and I think it's from Pat and Sharon... but I'm not sure yet. Lan loves to fly the helicopter around the house.

Landon's Artwork

So... last night Landon must have been bored when I was on the computer. He was sitting right next to me in his chair, talking to himself, and I wasn't really paying attention. When I looked over at him, I saw the beautiful artwork he created on his own legs, feet, and hands with a black pen. I asked him what he drew, and he said "eyes, tummy, and circle". Luckily the eyes, tummy, and circle that he drew washed right off in the bath. My little artist.

Landy's First Birthday Present!

Landon got his first birthday present in the mail today from Grandma and Pop Winters. It is a Bob the Builder hat and tool belt, and he loves it! He spent the afternoon testing all of the tools on the walls... and the windows... and then on Toby.

Stickers!

This morning Landon realized he could put stickers other places than just his coloring books. I figured I would just put a picture of Toby up as well... just laying in his favorite spot, the bean bag.

Dig, Dig, Dig... My Excavator

Landon loves to read this book.. and every time we have to sing the Excavator song. He looks so cute when he first wakes up in the morning!
